Caroline advises oil and gas operators of all sizes on a wide range of matters, from day-to-day operational issues to complex contract negotiations and title analysis. Prior to joining Oliva Gibbs, Caroline practiced in Midland, TX, serving clients across Texas and New Mexico.
Caroline’s practice spans the negotiation, drafting, and review of essential oil and gas agreements, including leases, surface use agreements, joint operating agreements, easements, farm-out and farm-in agreements, master service agreements, purchase and sale agreements, conveyances, assignments, and pooling instruments. Caroline also brings deep experience in title examination, particularly for acquisition, drilling, and division order title opinions.
When not working, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors and in the saddle.
